WFB Bureau: According to you, how is leather market in India performing?
Ramya: The market is not doing very good because of the lack of government support.
WFB Bureau: With the ongoing US-China trade war, do you think India can benefit?
Ramya:Yes. I have seen a number of factories that have escalated the orders from US market and are doing pretty well. On the other hand, factories handling European orders are witnessing slow growth.
In fact, we have also now started to take more orders from US market which will be produced in our newly opened Gurgaon factory.
